Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent herein in survey number 30/4 of Rajakallupatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District and to restore the cart track as per FMB sketch of revenue records. PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, to punish the respondents herein for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.21812 of 2015 dated 07.09.2017.
