ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.284 of 2024 from the file of the 3rd respondent to any another fit investigating agency.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, in C.C.No.487 of 2024.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. 03.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No dss 2/4
