Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 3 & 4 to invoke Sec.34(1) (h) of the Tamilnadu Co-operative Societies Act and pass order of disqualification as the 5th Respondent already suffered disqualification under Sec.36 of the TNCS Act, vide the proceedings of the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.6424/95 SaPa Dt.12.03.1997. ORDER

This Court earlier passed an order in W.P.(MD)No.18478 of 2017 dated 31.10.2017 directing the respondent to take necessary follow-up action in the issue in question and to pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law. Since no order has been passed, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies has complied the order of this Court and the order has been passed in his proceedings in e.f.471/2016rg dated 19.01.2018.

3.In view of the above submission that the order has been complied by the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
