Prayer in WP(MD)No.12152 of 2015 Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to disburse the compensation for lands acquired in Survey Nos.21/13, 21/14, 21/15, 21/16 and 97/14 at Inathukanpatti Village, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2015 within the stipulated time framed by this Court.
Prayer in WP(MD)No.12158 of 2015 Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to disburse the compensation for lands acquired in Survey Nos.84/14, 93/5A, 96/5, 96/7 and 96/16 at Inathukanpatti Village, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2015 within the stipulated time framed by this Court.

For Petitioner : Mr.G.Karnan For R1 : Mr.D.Saravanan, Central Government Standing Counsel For R2 to R5 : Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER Alleging non compliance of the orders made in WP(MD)Nos.12152 and 12158 of 2015 dated 19.09.2017, the present contempt petitions have been filed.
2.The petitioners filed the above writ petitions seeking to direct the respondents to disburse the compensation for their lands acquired, by considering their representations. This Court by separate orders dated 19.09.2017, without going into the merits of the petitioners' claim, directed the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners with regard to disbursement of compensation amount and pass orders within six weeks. Alleging non compliance of the order, these contempt petitions have been filed. 3.On 04.12.2019, when the contempt petitions came up for hearing, following order was passed:- ''The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that though the respondents have paid part of the amount, the balance amount has not been paid till date. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has already paid the entire amount to the second and third respondents for disbursement to the petitioners.
3.The learned Government Pleader seeks time to report full compliance of the order of this Court.
4.Considering the fact that the first respondent has already paid the entire amount for disbursement and it is the second and third respondents who are not disbursing the balance amount to the petitioners till date, the second and third respondents are directed to pay the balance amount to be payable to the petitioners and comply with the direction of this Court on or before 02.01.2020, failing which, the second and third respondents should appear before this Court on 03.01.2020.
5.Post the matter on 03.01.2020.''
4.Today, when the contempt petitions were taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader reported full compliance of the orders.
