ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent Police to withdraw the case in Crime No.270 of 2023 from the file of the second respondent and to nominate competent Police Officer to complete the investigation of the case and file final report before the competent Court in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.270 of 2023 is almost over and the final report will be filed within two months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime.No.270 of 2023 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Deputy 2/4

Superintendent of Police, Musiri, Trichy District, is directed to monitor the investigation of the case.
