Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent District Educational Officer in O.Mu.No.8353/A2/2004 dated 24.12.2004, quash the same and further Direct the 4th respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of the petitioner as Watchman w.e.f. 23.06.2004 to 06.02.2006 in the 5th respondent school namely T.C.K. Higher Secondary School, Padanthalumoodu, Kanyakumari District with all attendant benefits, including arrears of salary and allowances and pass such further or other suitable order / orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order made in W.P(MD)No.2911 of 2017, dated 27.02.2017, has been stayed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A(MD)Nos.328 & 329 of 2021 on 11.02.2021.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy after disposal of the Writ Appeal. No costs.
