Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to provide freedom fighter pension to the petitioner.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that against the order passed in the writ petition, a writ appeal in W.A.(MD)No.184 of 2018 has been filed, in which the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court also issued some directions to the petitioner to approach the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ District Collector.

2.In the above circumstances, already the order passed in the writ petition is under challenge in writ appeal, this contempt petition is closed.
