ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Court by order, dated 25.01.2017, disposed of the writ petition in W.P(MD)No.1140 of 2017, with a direction to the respondents to implement Bio-metric Attendance System in all the Hospitals mentioned in the petition as per G.O.(Ms)No.277, Health and Family Welfare (E1) Department, dated 20.09.2012, within a period of four months.
2. Alleging willful disobedience of the above said order, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.
3. This Court while entertaining the contempt petition, by order, dated 21.12.2020, granted further time for complying with the said exercise as directed by this Court.
4. Today, the respondents have filed a compliance report specifically indicating that the Bio-metric System has been installed in all the Medical Institutions in the State of Tamil Nadu as per G.O.(Ms)No.277, Health and Family Welfare (E1) Department, dated 20.09.2012.

5. In view of the same, accepting the compliance report and recording compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed.
