... Respondents/Contemnors Prayer : Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents/contemnors for their deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15123 of 2016, dated 10.11.2016.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondents to pay the petitioner Gratuity, Leave Salary, EPF Employees contribution and etc., and further directing the respondents to pay him pension and pension arrears from July, 2009 and pension commutation under the TNSTCE Pension Fund Rules together with 18% interest per annum within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD). No.15123 of 2016, dated 10.11.2016, the petitioner has filed the present contempt petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15123 of 2016, dated 10.11.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD).No1706 of 2018 has been complied with. However, some of the amount was not paid to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy, in the manner known to law.
