ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. It is not in dispute that the writ petitioner was issued with an order of assignment. Copy of the same has been enclosed with page No.10 of the typed set of papers. It appears that during sub division, the writ petitioner's father came to be entered. I do not want to go into the said controversy. The second respondent is directed to issue patta in favour of the writ petitioner in consonance with the earlier assignment order. This exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Based on the same, corresponding mutations will be made in the other revenue records. This writ petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
