Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents (a) to Regularise the Service of the Petitioners from the date of their initial date of appointment in Regular Time Scale of Pay and to (b) treat the period of absence in view of the setting aside the order of Reversion passed by the 3rd respondent dated 17.8.2011 to 14.12.12 and the date of Rejoining Duty as Sweeper and Watchman in Regular Time Scale of Pay with all other attendant, Monetary and other Service Benefits.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging the disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.6757 of 2013 dated 10.05.2017.

2.Today, when the contempt petition came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the said order of this Court has been complied with. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would also endorse the same stating that the said order passed by this Court has been complied with.

4.In view of the said submissions made by both sides, as the order of this Court has already been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition for adjudication. 5.Hence, this contempt petition is closed.
