This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the settlement deed which has been submitted by the petitioner on 21.10.2024.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the settlement deed, which was presented by the petitioner for registration on 21.10.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
