This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the conditional order imposed in serial No.2 and 3 of the order dated 12.12.2019 made in Cr.M.P.No.4679 of 2019 on the file of the 1st Additional District Cum Sessions Judge, Thanjavur Cum in charge of the Principal District Court Cum Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Crime No.324 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kumbakonam Taluk Police Station, Kumbakonam.

2. This petition for direction has been filed before this Court directly without approaching the concerned court which has granted anticipatory bail.
