O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / 3rd respondent for his disobedience and failure to comply this Court order dated 09.01.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.286 of 2018.

2.As per the order of this Court, dated 09.01.2018, the respondents conducted enquiry and closed the entire allegations are Civil in nature. Unfortunately, the closure report could not serve to the petitioner.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the same. The petitioner is at liberty to file private complaint in the manner known to law.
