Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned counsel appearing for TASMAC. 2/5

2. The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the authorities from granting any license for the ninth respondent club. It is seen that one Kathirvel filed W.P.(MD)No.8948 of 2025. The Hon'ble Division Bench had disposed of the said writ petition on certain terms. It is admitted that the final order is yet to be passed. As and when the same is passed by the first respondent, copy of the same shall be immediately served to the writ petitioner. The order to be passed by the first respondent if in favour of the ninth respondent will be kept in abeyance for a period of seven days. It is open to the petitioner to exhaust her remedies during the said period.

3. With the aforesaid direction to the first respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
