Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay compensation to petitioner for the illegal demolition of her stall and damaging of the articles used for petitioners day to day business in her shop at Alagarkovil main road, Madurai by considering petitioners representation dated 23.10.2017.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 27.11.2017 made in W.P(MD).No.20033 of 2017.

2.Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, no one is appearing for the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order in Na.Ka.No.M5/12016/2019, dated 22.07.2019 issued by the respondent/Tahsildar, where he has stated that the petitioner's representation has been disposed of and a detailed order to that effect has been passed.

3.In that view of the matter, since the order of this Court has been complied with, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
