Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondents to pay the petitioner Rs.5,54,303/- towards Gratuity and Rs.82,390/- towards Leave Salary, along with arrears of salary for the period from 01.09.13 to 31.03.15 payable pursuant new wage settlement, together with 18% interest per annum and further directing the respondents to pay him Rs.2,42,732/- towards the Pension Commutation amount, along with arrears of pension for the period from 01.04.15 by revising his pension, together with 18% interest per annum within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs.4,65,397/- towards Gratuity and Rs.1,00,027/- towards Leave Salary, together with 18% interest per annum and further directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to pay him interest amount towards the delayed payment of Pension Commutation amount for the period from 31.01.2013 to 19.10.13 at the rate of 18% interest within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honble Court.

Since substantial compliance is reported and the dispute is only with regard to calculation, these Contempt Petitions are closed. However, liberty 2/3
