2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in Crl.M.P.No. 4723 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, directed the jurisdictional police to consider the complaint filed by the petitioner as per law. But, the same was not complied by the jurisdictional police. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that as per the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, enquiry has been conducted as per law and the complaint was closed by report dated 03.11.2023.

4.In view of the report filed by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Ramanathapuram, this criminal original petition stands closed, however, with liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
