Nos.17745 & 17746 of 2017 and W.M.P.(MD).Nos.14298 & 14300/2017 dated 20.09.2017.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.6400/Aa5/2015 1/3
dated 18.05.2017 and to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of B.T.Assistant (English) in the 4th respondent school from the date of initial appointment, with all consequential and attendant benefits including payment arrears of salary along with interest.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.6400/Aa5/2015 dated 18.05.2017 and to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) in the 4th respondent school from the date of initial appointment, with all consequential and attendant benefits including payment arrears of salary along with interest.
