PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 8 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 294(b), and 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 in Crime No.8 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The complaint came to be given by the defacto complainant on the ground that she was treated with cruelty and there was a demand for dowry. There are totally five accused persons in this case and the petitioners have been arrayed as A2 and A3.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also 2/3

considering that matrimonial dispute is involved in this case and custodial interrogation may not be required in this case, the respondent Police is directed to follow the procedure adumbrated under Section 35 of BNSS Act. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
