... Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying and not complying with the order of this Court dated 08.02.2016 in W.P.[MD]No.2682/2016.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs.6,97,093/- towards Gratuity and Rs.8,118/- towards Leave Salary and also arrears of wages for the period from 01.09.13 to 31.01.15 payable pursuant to new wage settlement, together with 18% interest per annum and further directing the respondents to pay him Rs.2,87,794/- towards the Pension Commutation amount and arrears of pension for the period from 01.02.15 by revising his pension together with 18% interest per annum within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honble Court.

O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the petitioner though filed a report of compliance, the petitioner has some grievance about the calculation and the entitlement. This Court, while disposing of the writ petition has stated that the petitioner can agitate if he has any grievance after the settlement of the terminal benefits. 2.Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy to agitate his further entitlement by process known to law.
