ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to execute a sale deed in favour of petitioner in respect of the property situated at D.No.4, Subramaniyapuram Corporation Quarters, Subramaniyapuram, Madurai.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submits that the petitioner's representation, dated 14.09.2019, will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2019, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
