COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records culminated in the impugned notice dated 20.06.2017 issued by the respondent in respect of Document Nos.297/2015, 298/2015 and 299/2015 respectively and quash the same as illegal, unenforceable, ultravires without authority and not binding on the petitioner and by way of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent from proceeding under the Revenue Recovery Act to recover the alleged deficit registration fees from the petitioner whatsoever.

COMMON ORDER When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.11.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today (19.11.2024) under the caption 'for dismissal'. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel, who appeared for the petitioner through video conferencing, requested time as his senior is leading this matter. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is not diligent enough in prosecuting the case, this Court has no other option except to dismiss these Writ Petitions. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
