Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 3rd Respondent in Na.ka.No.92693/VI/E3/2008 dated 30.10.2013 and quash the same so far as the regularization of petitioner service from 14.02.2013 is concerned and consequently direct the Respondents to regularize the Petitioner services with effect from the date of initial appointment ie. from 03.06.2002 based on the recommendation made by the 4th Respondent in his proceedings Na.ka.No.8001/Aa1/2013 dt.03.05.2013 and to grant all monetary and service within a stipulated time may be fixed by the Court.

For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 11.05.2017, made in W.P(MD).No.22920 of 2015, this Contempt Petition is filed.

2.It appears that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.22920 of 2015, the State preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A. (MD).No.1745 of 2019 before the Division Bench of this Court and the Division Bench has modified the cut-off date and dismissed the said Writ Appeal and also granted another four weeks time to implement the said order.

3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to renew the contempt petition, if the respondents are not complied with.
