Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in notification Na.Ka.No. 3279/2007/F1 dated 15.11.2017 issued by the respondent no.3 and quash the same and consequentially forbear the respondent No. 3 from interfering with my peaceful possession and enjoyment of 2000 sq.ft. in Old Survey No. 382, correlated re - survey Ward D, Block No. 1 T.S.No. 5 and not to demolish the building belonging to the Indian Club Office.
