Hospital area and Govt. Medical College area in Sivagangai District.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.22616 of 2016 dated 01.08.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court dated 01.08.2017 has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2143/2014F1, dated 19.11.2020, before this Court.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will appear before the respondents for seeking appropriate relief.

4. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
