ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner approached the respondent Bank for sanctioning dairy farm loan. He wants a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- under the petition mentioned scheme. The petitioner's application was returned citing the following defects: "1. The applicant has not set up cattle shed as per specification recommended by the veterinary department.

2. There is no sufficient space available to accommodate the milch animals.

3.The applicant does not come under the service area of the branch."

3. The stand of the respondent is that if the aforementioned defects are rectified and application represented, it shall certainly be considered on merits as per their norms. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.There shall be no order as to costs.
