Heard Mr.G.Mohan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.G.Sridharan, learned counsel for the 4th respondent.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order Consumer particulars as provided in the TANGEDCO official website in respect of S.C.No. 06031-016-162 standing in the name of the fourth respondent dated 26.07.2017 and the order passed by the second 2/5

respondent dated 10.05.2017 and to consequently direct the second respondent to restore the electricity service connection in S.C.No. 031-016-162 in the name of the petitioner's vendor Mr.Veeraraj.

3. It is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a suit between the petitioner and the fourth respondent is still pending in O.S. No. 322 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Karur. In view of the suit filed by the fourth respondent seeking a declaration of his title to the disputed property, the writ petitioner can redress his grievances before the second respondent after the disposal of O.S.No.322 of 2013.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
