Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned Government Order in G.O.(1D) No.403 dated 29/05/2018 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal in so far as Condition No.17 and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as P.G.Assistant Zoology at Maruthakulam Government Higher Secondary School, Tirunelveli District. ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 20.12.2017 made in W.M.P.(MD) No.12094/2018 in W.P.(MD) No.13261/2018. 2.Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for final disposal, Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and the petitioner has been given posting.

3.The said factor is not controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who, in fact, fairly submits that posting has been given to the petitioner and there is no grievance for the petitioner.

4.In that view of the matter, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition.
