Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action in accordance with law, against the respondents 3 to 8 for creating a forged and void document in Doc.No.1849/2025 and Doc.No.2640/2025 considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2025 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The petitioner has to necessarily file a civil suit before the jurisdictional civil Court to impeach the petition mentioned documents said to have been executed by the private respondents. 2/4

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that enquiry can be conducted under Section 83 of the Registration Act, 1908. The said provision will be attracted only if any false statement has been made during the course of enquiry before the registering authority. Such is not the case here. The mere act of presenting a sale deed for registration, even by a person having no title, does not attract Section 83 of the Act. The remedy open to the writ petitioner is elsewhere. 4.Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to pursue such remedy, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
