ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent Municipality to conduct auction for the shops situated in Sivagangai bus stand by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2017.

2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the 2nd respondent Municipality submits that the shops in the Sivagangai bus stand have already been demolished and new building are under construction.

Once construction is completed the shops will be allotted by conducting public auction as per the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Rules, 2023.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
