Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs.4,96,569/- towards Gratuity and Rs.2,100/- towards Leave Salary and also arrears of wages for the period from 01.09.13 to 30.09.14 payable pursuant new wage settlement, together with 18% interest per annum and further directing the respondents to pay him Rs.2,31,642/- towards the Pension Commutation amount and arrears of pension for the period from 01.10.14 by revising his pension, together with 18% interest per annum.

CONT.P(MD)No.1937 of 2018 up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors would submit that the order passed in the Writ Petition has been complied with and has also produced a communication to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the calculation memo submitted by the learned counsel for the contemnors.

3.As already liberty is given to the petitioner in paragraph No.6 of the order passed in the above Writ Petition, it is open to them to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. 4.With the above observation, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
