ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and 1/4
decreetal order made in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in A.S.(S.R)No.709 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, dated 27.09.2022.
2.Pending the revision on 09.12.2024, this Court passed an detailed order, by which, this Court was inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost. Accordingly, the petitioner was directed to pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent on or before 20.01.2025 and the case was ordered to posted today for reporting compliance. Today, it is reported that the cost was paid by the revision petitioner to the respondent. Cost memo was also filed to that effect.
3.Recording the same, this civil revision petition stands allowed. The order passed by the appellate Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in AS.SR.No.709 of 2019, dated 27.09.2022, is hereby set aside and the delay occurred in preferring the appeal before the appellate Court is condoned. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
