ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to provide Police protection.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that it is a dispute among the relatives and both of them are claiming title over the property. 3.In view of the above, this Court cannot grant any relief in this petition. The petitioner has to workout his remedy only before the appropriate civil Court.
