applications for filling up the post of Junior Draughting Officer in the Highways Department in respect of the petitioner in terms of Rules 12(d) and Rule 50 of the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Service Rules.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) This contempt petition has been filed alleging that there is a wilful disobedience of the order and direction passed in W.A(MD). No.1441 of 2017 dated 15.03.2018.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the judgment passed in W.A.(MD).No.1441 of 2017 was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has stayed the judgment dated 15.03.2018. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
