The petitioners' apprehension is that the respondents are proposing to lay road on the petition mentioned patta land. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General even while controverting the assertions made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, submitted that there is no proposal to lay any road through the petition mentioned survey numbers.
