Mr.J.Sankarapandian, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has instruction to file change of vakalath on behalf of the petitioner. However, considering the fact that the present writ petition had been filed seeking for a mandamus to the second respondent, which is a private bank, the prayer in the writ petition cannot be entertained in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Federal Bank v.
