2. This Court, by an order dated 21.04.2022, had allowed the Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P.(MD)No.2824 of 2022, seeking an order of stay of operation of the judgment and decree dated 21.11.2019 passed in O.S.No.101 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi, on condition that the petitioners deposit a sum of Rs.7,27,500/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Twenty Seven Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the credit of O.S.No.101 of 2017 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi. However, the said conditional order of this Court was not complied with.

3. Hence, the petitioners filed the present petition seeking extension of time granted in C.M.P.(MD)No.2824 of 2022 to comply with the said condition, and this Court, by an order dated 25.10.2025, allowed the present petition.

4. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioners have deposited a sum of Rs.7,27,500/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Twenty Seven Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the credit of O.S.No.101 of 2017 on the file of the 2/4

learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi. A memo, along with a copy of the e-challan, has also been filed to that effect.

5. The said memo is recorded.

6. Since the order of this Court passed in C.M.P.(MD)No.2824 of 2022 has now been complied with, the order of stay granted on 21.04.2022 is extended till the disposal of the Appeal Suit in A.S. (MD)No.70 of 2022.
