This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents/Contemnors for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5214 of 2018 dated 05.04.2018.

Cont.P.(MD).No.757 of 2018 2.Pursuant to the order dated 05.04.2018, this Court directed the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and closed the complaint within a week.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the first respondent police conducted an enquiry and the same was closed. 4.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
