2. The first petitioner was married to the respondent on 09.04.2000 with sufficient seervarisai and jewels. Later, the 1st petitioner and her child were not taken care by the respondent. The 1st petitioner was harassed by the respondent husband. Seeking maintenance, the first petitioner filed M.C.No.27 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai, against the respondent and the same is stated to be pending.

Since it is a matrimonial issue between the husband and wife and the subject matter is maintenance, there shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai, to expedite the enquiry in M.C.No.27 of 2020, and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
