Criminal Original Petition is filed under sectopm 482 of Criminal Procedure code to direct the 2nd respondent to register case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.02.2018.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 21.03.2018 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3414 of 2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as directed by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2018, the respondent conducted enquiry and closed the complaint. However, the petitioner approached this Court by way of contempt and on receipt of notice, again, the respondent conducted enquiry on 26.06.2018, after examining the petitioner on 25.06.2018 and closed the complaint. Cont. P (MD) No.784 of 2018 3.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed as devoid of merits. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint on the closure report served to the petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate in the manner known to law.
