Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner arrears of wages for the period from 01.09.13 to 31.08.14 payable pursuant new wage settlement dated 13.04.15 together with 18% interest per annum, and further directing the respondents to pay arrears of pension for the period from September, 2014 to June, 2015 and the Pension Commutation amount Rs.1,79,809/- and also arrears of pension for the period from July, 2015 by revising his pension from 01.09.14 together with 18% interest per annum from calculating all his terminal pension benefits based on the monthly wages payable to thim on the month of his retirement i.e., August,2014 by revising the same as per the settlement dated 13.04.2015 as ordered by the Division Bench of this Court in its order dated 29.01.2016 in W.A(MD)No.1457 of 2015 and etc., batch.

ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 18.04.2016, passed in W.P.(MD)No.7428 of 2016, this contempt petition is filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.09.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be posted today (01.10.2019). Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court, dated 18.04.2016, made in W.P(MD) No.7428 of 2016, has been complied with and he has also produced a letter, dated 10.09.2019, addressed to the counsel on record.

4. Recording the above said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
