ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 01.11.2023 seeking to call for records in charge sheet in S.T.C.No.247 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the trial Court after conducting the trial, had acquitted the petitioner in S.T.C.No.247 of 2023, on 09.10.2024, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
