ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the order in Cr.M.P.No.5230 of 2019 dated 02.11.2019 in STC.No.2960 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the trial in STC.No.2960 of 2011 was over and conviction has been ordered by the Court below.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner shall workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
