PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to disburse and pay the compensation awarded by the respondent No.2 in case No.421 of 2014, dated 19.09.2022 to the tune of Rs.2,00,000/- to the petitioners within a time frame, since the petitioners had filed a petition before the respondent No.2 in SHRC Case No.421 of 2014 and on 19.09.2022, the respondent No.2 passed an recommendation order and also directed the first respondent to pay a compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, having received the same till date the respondent No.1 has not paid the compensation amount to the petitioners.
