This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertains to FIR in Crime No.28 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same in respect of the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi, in C.C.No. 1017 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
