ORDER
Alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 20.09.2017, passed in W.P.(MD)No.16167 of 2017, this contempt petition is filed.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the proceedings of the second respondent dated 08.11.2019, selecting the petitioner herein and directed the Director of School Education to issue order of appointment to the petitioner after verifying the certificates and furnish the same to the second respondent at the earliest.
3. Recording the above said submission, the contempt petition is closed. The Director of School Education, Chennai, is suo-motu impleaded as third respondent and the third respondent is directed to issue appointment order to the petitioner as per the proceedings of the second respondent dated 08.11.2019. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
