Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Declaration declaring the final key answer provided for the question paper in Chemistry CDE-2017, Booklet series A, pertaining to Question Nos.84, 32, 35, 39, 88 & 110 provided by the 2nd respondent as incorrect and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to award marks for the above said questions and to declare the petitioner bearing Roll No.17PG22050533 to have passed in written examination and allow him to participate in the certificate verification within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 20.09.2017, passed in W.P.(MD)No.16168 of 2017, this contempt petition is filed.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the proceedings of the second respondent dated 08.11.2019, selecting the petitioner herein and directed the Director of School Education to issue order of appointment to the petitioner after verifying the certificates and furnish the same to the second respondent at the earliest.

3. Recording the above said submission, the contempt petition is closed. The Director of School Education, Chennai, is suo-motu impleaded as third respondent and the third respondent is directed to issue appointment order to the petitioner as per the proceedings of the second respondent dated 08.11.2019. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
