O R D E R

This writ petition has been seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to not to interfere the lawful activity of the members belonging to the Flower Merchants Welfare Society (Regd), Devakkottai henceforth.

2.One Sasikumar on behalf of the public gave a complaint to the Inspector of police, Devakottai, stating that while the flower vendors operating in and around Devakottai are closing their shops on a particular day, one or two vendors are permitted to run the shop, especially during festival season. Taking advantage of the closure of the other shops, they rising the prices.

3.But, as pointed out by the petitioner, the third respondent may not have any role in the above said matter for regulating the market. The competent authority is the first respondent. Let the above said complaint 2/4

lodged by the Sasikumar, be forwarded to the first respondent. So that the first respondent can take care of the complaint. The third respondent shall not interfere with the above said issue. 4.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
