PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.03 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same. O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.03 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that in the absence of any interim order, the respondent Police has conducted investigation in Crime No.316 of 2022 and on completion of investigation, the respondent Police has filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
